This supplier is extremely unreliable and should be avoided at all costs. They repeatedly promise products and services that they are unable to deliver, creating delays and broken commitments that have cost our company both time and money. We still have unresolved orders dating back over a year, which has caused significant disruption and financial loss to our business. Even when products finally arrive, the quality control is unacceptable, with defective items being dismissed rather than acknowledged. Instead of taking responsibility, they shift blame and ignore their obligations. Their after-sales service is virtually nonexistent once they receive payment. We have worked with many suppliers over the years, and this has been one of the most damaging experiences to our business. Be very cautious before placing any order, as you risk delays, defective products, and zero accountability from their side.
